Remember, only Members can nominate a worthy cause for the group's consideration and vote. Please fill out the Commitment Form here on our website if you haven't already done so. Please review our FAQ if you have any questions. We encourage members to show interest for this event on our Facebook page on our Facebook event page and use it to arrange car-pooling too. Plus, see photos from the event!
Nominating a Local Cause
Only current members in attendance can nominate a cause. Selected causes cannot be re-nominated for 48 months (2 years) and must be based here in Maui County. We strongly encourage you to download the form in advance so you can prepare your nomination thoughtfully and thoroughly. If your form is drawn from the bowl, you'll be responsible for giving a 5-minute presentation explaining why you nominated this cause and then answer members' questions about how the funds would be used.
