Are you planning to attend?
Welcome to our first quarter meeting of 2020! We’re all set up, ready to go, and hope to see you there! Attendance is not required, though. Members may choose to send in a check if they can’t attend in person and your membership status will remain in good standing. **Guests are always welcome and are also asked to donate $100 to the selected Cause of the evening. This is a fundraising event. 🙂
If you can’t attend, please mail your blank check for $100 to:
100 Women Who Care Maui
c/o Chelsea Hill
P O Box 788
Kula, HI 96790
We’ll fill out the selected recipient and deliver it to the selected Cause. Why can’t you just send it to the Cause directly afterwards? Because we track membership donations and because we want to measure our giving impact in the community. Thank you for sending your check to us. You can also send the blank $100 check to the meeting with a friend.

We encourage members to show interest on our Facebook event page and use it to arrange car-pooling too. Plus, you can see photos after the event!
Remember, only Members can nominate a worthy Cause for the group’s consideration and the member must be present and donations current to nominate. Please fill out the Commitment Form here on our website if you would like to join as a Member. Please review our FAQ if you have any questions regarding your membership or bringing guests.
Nominating a Local Cause
Only members who are present and current with their donations may nominate a Cause and only one nomination per member per meeting is allowed. Selected Causes can be re-nominated after 24 months (2 years) and must be based here in Maui County. We strongly encourage you to download the Nomination Form in advance so you can prepare your nomination thoughtfully and thoroughly. If your form is drawn from the bowl, you’ll be responsible for giving a 5-minute presentation explaining why you nominated this Cause and then answer members’ questions about how the funds would be used. NEW! Only 1 nomination will be accepted per Cause per meeting.
